National Kidney Foundation of Indiana

About the National Kidney Foundation of Indiana:
The National Kidney Foundation of Indiana’s mission is to prevent kidney and urinary tract disease, improve the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by these diseases, and increase the availability of all organs for transplantation. Our Project:
NKF currently does have patient forms on paper. They requested that we create an iPad app that will allow them to go digital and store the patient info in a database.
