This week on Indiana Lawmakers,
anyone who drives Indiana's highways can appreciate the push for
improved roads and infrastructure. After all, potholes and bridge crises
make headlines around the state. Paying for those improvements,
however, has long been the place where the rubber meets the road.
This week host Jon Schwantes is joined in an in-depth
conversation about funding options by Representative Dan Forestal, D -
Indianapolis; Mark Lawrance of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce; and
Justin Stevens, Indiana state director for Americans for Prosperity.
Where will Indiana rank when the next road ratings report comes out?
What roles will technology and inflation play in the process? What will
happen with other infrastructure issues, such as sewers and ports?
These issues and more addressed in a lively discussion on Indiana Lawmakers - from the Statehouse to your house.
Next week: workforce development
Please note: Due to membership drive programming, WNIN will
begin broadcasting on 9.1 beginning Sunday, Jan. 22 at 11:30 a.m., and
